Signature Builder Solutions is a one-stop shop for interior selections and installations, specializing in new single-family residential construction. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Driver/Warehouse Staff Member to join our growing team.

About the Role:

This position is a blend of delivery driving, inventory management, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, follows procedures carefully, and takes pride in accuracy and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and securely build and fulfill orders with precision.

  • Pick up materials from vendors and deliver to job sites or customers.

  • Operate or learn to operate a forklift and box truck (non-CDL).

  • Help conduct physical inventories and maintain stock accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

  • Follow procedures and safety protocols at all times.

  • Work closely with the team to complete warehouse functions and support others.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 6–12 months of warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Ability to drive a box truck (or willingness to learn).

  • Safe driving habits and attention to road safety.

  • Strong focus on quality control and detail accuracy.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

  • Familiarity with warehouse procedures and operations.

  • Good communication skills – written and verbal.

  • Able to follow written instructions, safety rules, and processes.

  • Must be a dependable team player with a “get it done” mindset.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.

  • Experience in the flooring or construction industry a plus.

Compensation:

Approximately $18–$28 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time:

Expected hours: 40 per week
